When you place an order, please kindly check if the shipping address and phone number is correct.

When we received the order,we need 1-2 working day to make arrangement your order.

And tracking number will provide you once available.

Normally,the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) is around one week or faster based on our experience.

Free shipping to most countries when order above $100 dollars.

Warranty Policy

 (1)One-year warranty will be offered to the products we are selling, if any malfunction is found during the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts to replace the defective one.

(2)In most cases, we don’t need our customers send the defective parts (excluding the complete headlight assembly) back to us. Instead, we will require the buyer to send pictures or video to proof the defective or malfunction. When product was purchased more than 3 months ,shipping cost will be on customer’s side.

(3) If malfunction is found after the warranty period, we can also provide replacement parts with reasonable price.

Following are the exceptions.

①The malfunction or damage caused by improper installation, improper usage and the
unauthorized modification or repairs.
②The damage was caused by crash ,accident ect .
③The damage was caused by fire, flood, other natural disasters and Force Majeure.


Returns Policy

If you’re experiencing a problem with one of our products, we strongly recommend that you first troubleshoot your light.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please return the item by using USPS,pack it well as our original packing to avoid the damage and loss,and also please declare value of USD40 on the label.
It will be more easy for us to make custom clearence and receive it quickly.If the value too high,the custom can not be made clearence and do not be received.
Please remember to pack it well as the original packing in good condition to avoid the scratches or damaged and declare low value on the label.
